Payment
Registration fees are collected on behalf of ISPMA2026 by the Conference Secretariat:

All fees must be paid in EUR or CZK, free of bank charges. However, please confirm with your bank as to any possible charges from their side.
Invitation letter for visa application
Please use the “Request for invitation letter” section of the registration form.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Until 30.5. 2026 – 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
From 31.5. until 31.7. 2026 – 50% of the fee will be refunded.
From 16.8. 2026 no refund can be processed.
No refunds will be given for failed attendance, late arrival, or early departure from the ISPMA2026 conference.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the ISPMA2026 Secretariat at info@ispma-conf.cz; cancellations cannot be made over the phone.
Refund requests made after August 16, 2026, will not be considered.
A fee of 50 EUR will be charged for any name change.
All refunds will be issued after the conference ends.
